About Dr. Pearlman
Dr. Scott Pearlman is a board-certified physician specializing in concierge medicine, longevity-focused primary care, and performance optimization. His approach blends traditional clinical medicine with advanced prevention, early detection, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and personalized longevity strategy.
At VIPrivate Care, Dr. Pearlman serves as Medical Director for Resolve Longevity services, helping patients move beyond fragmented wellness treatments toward an integrated, physician-guided plan.

Dr. Pearlman maintains a medical office within our facility and serves as Medical Director for both VIPrivate Care and Prime. Through this role, he provides medical leadership while maintaining a clearly defined and independent medical practice.
Important Information
Dr. Pearlman’s Resolve Longevity program and concierge medical memberships operate separately from VIPrivate Care and Prime. All medical-related services are billed through Dr. Scott Pearlman’s medical practice.
This distinction helps patients clearly understand who is responsible for their medical services and billing.
