Packages are non-refundable once any service has been rendered. Non-transferable. Unused services expire per package window. Visits must be scheduled at time of purchase. ExoFreeze minimum 6–8 weeks between sessions on the same treatment area. Biologicals require physician consultation prior to inclusion. All medical services administered under Resolve Longevity PC.
