Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. As a courtesy to our team and to other patients, please give us at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is no fee to cancel 6 or more hours before your appointment.

• Booking hold: We place a $25 hold on your card to reserve your appointment.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: If you cancel less than 6 hours before your appointment, or do not show up, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the session to the card on file.
• Exceptions: We may waive the fee for a documented emergency, sudden illness, or severe weather. Call us as soon as you can and we will work with you.

We would much rather see you than charge a fee, so please keep your scheduled appointments in mind.
