Comfort, safety & what to expect
Our standards for every massage and stretch session, in office or at home.
Your Comfort & Consent
You are in control of your session at all times. You may ask to adjust pressure, skip any area, pause, or end the session at any point — no explanation needed.
Professional Standards
All services are performed by New Jersey-licensed massage therapists. Proper draping is maintained at all times — only the area being worked on is undraped, and gluteal, chest, and pelvic regions remain draped. Therapeutic massage never includes contact with genitalia or, for female clients, breast tissue.
Health Screening
Every client completes a health history intake before their first session. Massage is postponed or modified for certain health conditions; clearance from the Medical Director or your physician may be required first.
Hygiene & Sanitation
Fresh linens for every client, single-use or sanitized tools, hospital-grade disinfection between sessions, and hand hygiene before and after every treatment. Fragrance-free products are available on request.
Chaperone & Minor Policy
Any client may request a chaperone in the room at no charge. Clients under 18 are served only with a signed guardian consent and a parent or legal guardian present for the entire session.
Additional Adult Requirement
Whenever the practitioner and client are of opposite genders, an additional adult must be present in the home for the entire duration of any mobile session. This requirement cannot be waived.
Mobile Service Safety
Mobile sessions require a suitable private space with room for the professional table. The same draping, conduct, and hygiene standards apply in the home exactly as in office.
Emergencies
Practitioners are trained to stop treatment and summon emergency services for any adverse reaction.
