Physician-Directed Care · Montvale, New Jersey
Regenerative biologics, described accurately.
Most of what you have read about this category was written to sell it. This page was not.
How We Use Them
Two purposes. Nothing beyond them.
We offer regenerative biologic preparations for two purposes only: cosmetic use and longevity-wellness support. These preparations are investigational. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and no responsible practice can promise you a result. What we can offer is a physician evaluation, a written plan, measured endpoints, and a clear recommendation to stop if it is not working.
We do not offer these preparations for any diagnosed disease or injury, and we will not describe them that way. If you have been told elsewhere that a biologic will treat a named condition, ask that provider for the FDA approval that supports the statement.
Cosmetic
Appearance and skin quality
Used adjunctively alongside aesthetic procedures already performed in this practice, where the goal is the visible quality of the skin.
Applied in connection with resurfacing and microchannel procedures
Goals are described in appearance terms — the look of texture, tone, and evenness
Delivery method is a clinical decision, documented before you consent
No before-and-after photographs from other practices are ever shown to you

Longevity & Wellness
General wellness support
Considered only within a broader, physician-directed longevity plan — never as a standalone product sold from a menu.
Preceded by a full history, medication review, and baseline measures
Framed as general wellness support, not as treatment of any condition
Coordinated with the physicians already managing your care
Reviewed against your own baseline at a date set in advance

Sourcing, Safety & Candidacy
What we can tell you about the material itself.
Manufactured in the United States
Acellular preparations produced domestically. Donor screening and infectious-disease testing are performed by the manufacturer prior to lot release.
Tested and traceable
Sterility and endotoxin testing on each lot. Lot-level traceability from vial to your chart, with the certificate of analysis retained for every administration and available on request.
Screening reduces risk. It does not remove it.
No screening program eliminates the risk of transmissible disease. Every risk, and every alternative, is reviewed with you in writing before you consent.
Not every person is a candidate
Active infection, current or recent malignancy, pregnancy or nursing, certain autoimmune conditions, and ongoing immunosuppressive therapy are among the reasons we decline.
We also decline for judgment
If a surgical or medical treatment is indicated for you, that comes first. If you are seeking a guaranteed outcome, we are not the right practice.
Administered on site
All administration is performed at our Montvale location by licensed New Jersey staff, under the direction of our Medical Director.
Plain Terms
The same two lists we read aloud at every consultation.
A physician-directed program.
Candidacy, dose, interval, and duration are clinical decisions made by our Medical Director after evaluating you.
An acellular biologic preparation.
The material contains no living cells.
Investigational.
It is being studied. That work is early and has not established a clinical benefit in humans for any indication.
Documented before you pay.
Intervals, total cost, and the specific endpoints being measured are given to you in writing.
Reviewed, not renewed.
A decision point is scheduled from the start. If your objective measures do not change, we will tell you and recommend stopping.
Not FDA-approved, cleared, or licensed.
If any provider tells you otherwise, that statement is incorrect.
Not a treatment for any diagnosed disease.
Not for neurological, cardiovascular, orthopedic, or any other condition — and we will not imply it is.
Not a substitute
for surgical, medical, or rehabilitative care that is clinically indicated for you.
Not a fixed protocol.
We do not advertise a session count in place of a clinical decision.
Not sold at your consultation.
You will not be asked to buy anything on the day you are evaluated.
Your Pathway
Four steps, in this order, every time.
- 01 / Consult
Physician evaluation
Full history and medication review. Send imaging, operative reports, and specialist notes ahead of your visit.
- 02 / Plan
Written plan and cost
Intervals, total cost, and the endpoints we will measure — defined in writing before you commit to anything.
- 03 / Administer
On site, by licensed staff
Performed at our Montvale location. Your lot documentation is recorded in your chart at the time of service.
- 04 / Review
Continue or stop
Objective reassessment against your own baseline at the date set in advance. Programs are reviewed, not renewed.
Before You Decide
We would rather you read everything first.
Email us and we will send our complete information packet. There is no consultation fee attached to it, and no one will call you to sell you anything.
- Our regenerative biologics brochure, in full
- The written regulatory notice, unabridged
- A sample written plan showing how cost and endpoints are documented
- The consent form you would be asked to sign, to read in advance
- The manufacturer's donor screening panel and lot testing standards
- The questions we recommend you ask any provider, including us
Patient experience statements. If you would like to hear from people who have completed a program here, ask and we will include them. We share statements only from patients who have given us written authorization, they describe that person’s own experience rather than a promised result, and individual results vary.

Ask Anyone
Six questions worth asking any provider.
Is this product FDA-approved?
The correct answer is no.
Who evaluates me, and what are their credentials?
You should be evaluated by a physician, and you should be told their name before you arrive.
What will you measure, and when do we review it?
If there is no review date, there is no plan.
What would make you tell me to stop?
A provider who cannot answer this has not thought about it.
May I see the certificate of analysis for my lot?
Yes. Ours is retained for every administration.
What is the total cost, in writing, before I commit?
Before, not after.

Important Regulatory Notice
The regenerative biologic preparations described on this page have not been approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any indication and are not FDA-licensed biologics. Their use is investigational.
No statement on this page is intended to represent that any therapy will diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or injury, or that any individual will experience a particular result. Individual results vary, and there are no guarantees of outcome.
Regenerative procedures carry risk, and not every person is a candidate. Candidacy is determined solely by physician evaluation. Risks, alternatives, and regulatory status are reviewed with you in writing before consent. This page is informational and is not medical advice.
